Aleesha Young established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha had played sports before like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she competed was in 2008. The 2014 IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro took place in the 9th place race. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. Aleesha was a participant in her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha's first professional show included that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020, the bodybuilder had her best WOS Rising-Phoenix performance when she placed fourth. The "World's toughest mom" had to stop her training because of her health.
